It exclusively procured EUROPEAN FLAX™-certified European flax and owned standardized spinning and weaving production lines, enabling a stable supply of regular linen fabrics with a weight of 180-220g/m². The long, strong fibers of European flax kept the fabric defect rate below 3%, satisfying JNBY’s mass production needs for basic styles.
Supply Chain Stability:
Through long-term partnerships with European flax suppliers, it reduced costs via centralized procurement and bonded warehousing—raw material procurement costs were 8%-12% lower than spot purchases. It also optimized logistics, shortening the lead time from European flax raw material to domestic finished fabric to 20-25 days, adapting to JNBY’s fast-reaction production rhythm.

Linen-Cotton Blend Skirt: Customized for JNBY with 30% cotton blended into European flax, it combines the crispness of European flax with reduced wrinkling. Launched in three basic colors (black, white, khaki) for versatile styling.
Linen Casual Pants: Using high-count European flax, they featured a straight cut for commuting needs and an elastic drawstring waist. After pre-shrinking, the dimensional change rate after washing was ≤5%, with approximately 82% of consumers providing positive feedback, citing "premium texture and comfortable wear."
