In 2023, Nautica aimed to refresh its spring-summer "Coastal Lifestyle" collection by integrating more natural, breathable fabrics that align with its nautical-inspired brand identity and growing consumer demand for sustainable casual wear. After a three-month supplier screening process—focusing on fabric durability, eco-credentials, and compatibility with its design aesthetics—Nautica partnered with us to supply linen and linen-blend fabrics for its core men’s and women’s outerwear and loungewear lines.

Brand-Aligned Aesthetics & Durability: Sourced from Mediterranean flax fields, our medium-weight linen featured a subtle natural slub texture that complemented Nautica’s relaxed, coastal vibe. It also underwent a special enzyme treatment to enhance tear resistance—critical for garments designed for casual, active use.
Sustainability & Compliance: All fabrics held both EUROPEAN FLAX™ certification (for responsible cultivation) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification (ensuring no harmful chemicals), supporting Nautica’s 2025 "Sustainable Sailing" sustainability commitment.
Customizable Blends: We developed a 70% linen + 30% recycled polyester blend exclusively for Nautica, balancing linen’s breathability with polyester’s wrinkle resistance and quick-drying properties—ideal for its coastal-themed pieces.
